Herzog-Heymann's Flexomailer is a unique specialist system for production of personalised mailing prints. It consists of a series of modules that can be set up together depending on the type of the end product. The whole line consists of:

•    glue dispensing system (e.g. sealing strip for envelopes)
•    sample glue-in module with the HotGlue nozzle (e.g. cosmetic samples glued-in in folders)
•    transfer modules (transferring sheets between operating modules)
•    personalisation module (inkjet nozzle for numbering and address printing)
•    folding and cutting modules (e.g. for perforations)
